1. Services

LockPro USA LLC provides mobile locksmith services — including home and car lockouts, lock rekeying, lock changes and installation, broken key extraction, and commercial lock work — in Kirkland and Redmond, WA and the surrounding 40 miles. Requesting a service by phone or through our website means you accept these terms.

2. Pricing

• A service call starts from $99.
• The final price is quoted upfront, before any work begins, and no work starts without your approval.
• Emergency and after-hours calls may carry additional fees, which are always included in the upfront quote.

3. No Fix — No Charge

If we cannot complete the service you requested, you pay nothing for labor. The service call fee only covers travel and on-site assessment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting service, you confirm that you own the property or vehicle, or are authorized to request the work. Our technicians verify identity and authorization before opening or changing any lock, and we may refuse service when ownership cannot be reasonably established.

5. Payment

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, PayPal, and Cash App. Payment is due when the work is completed.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not responsible for damage that existed before our work began, including worn, corroded, or previously damaged locks and doors.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please tell us as early as you can. When a technician is already on the way, a cancellation fee may apply.
